A Day to Celebrate

July 4 is a holiday at the very heart of this country, celebrating the document that preceded action.  Many deliberations and deliberate actions have been required for Pt. Pleasant Beach to be what it is today, greatly restored since Sandy devastated our shores last year.  You can capture the spirit of restoration in this Patch report, that features one of the three miniature golf courses and the one twisted into wreckage by Sandy.

… it has been a gorgeous day today, the Shore teeming with day-trippers tripping over each other for parking spots which were at such a premium that the priviate lot rates were at an all-time high!
